2. Train With Us Online (Personalised Programs)

The Tennis Fitness Academy (TFA) programs are a step up for players who have completed any of our online tennis strength and conditioning programs. It is for players who need more specific and individualised - support, tennis programming, guidance and exclusive 1 on 1 attention. Here we design tennis strength and conditioning programs specifically for your needs. If you are pursuing a college or professional pathway or coming back from a tennis injury the TFA is for you. 3. Train With Us In Person

If you live locally come in and see us. The first session, weíll carry out a tennis fitness test and a postural assessment in our studio to understand your strengths and weaknesses. We then design a personalised tennis exercise program  including warm up, cool down, stretch, recovery, strength, power, agility, speed, footwork, core and cardio vascular training. This can be either completed on your own or with one of our trainers. We recommend you update your program every 8-12 weeks. Available in Sydney and Sunshine Coast.
