We help tennis players, of all ages and levels, reach their maximal potential, by improving their physical performance, whilst educating each player on injury prevention, nutrition, and mental fitness. Once forms have been submitted, we’ll be in touch to book you in for your tennis fitness assessment. The cost for Assessment is $150 (plus GST) - PAY HERE


After you have completed the tennis fitness assessment, we will create a personalized tennis fitness program which could include (warm-up, cool down, stretch, recovery, strength, power, agility, speed, footwork, core, and cardiovascular training). There are 2 options for training see details below.

Training Options (Once you have completed your fitness assessment we will work out the best training option)

In-Person Programming
One of our trainers will guide you through your tennis training and programs with regular one-on-one sessions (private).  Depending on your goals, players can train with us 1-5 times per week. The average cost is $99 AUD a session.

Distant Programming
If distance or finance means you can’t make a regular one-on-one meeting weekly, we will design an easy-to-follow step-by-step program to suit your training environment (eg gym, home, tennis center). With regular program updates (every 5-10 weeks) and close monitoring, this is a great option for players unable to attend regularly. The cost for the distant programming ranges from $100-150 per week.
